As a courtesy, we wish to inform you that the Land Owner Transparency Act requires that all companies, trusts and partnerships that have an interest in land in B.C. must file a transparency report on or before November 30, 2022.
Our office does not file these transparency reports.
If your company owns land, directly or through a trust arrangement, we recommend you file the necessary report or contact your corporate lawyer to do so.
The transparency reports are due November 30, 2022
